Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude

* Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team

* Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally

* Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to customers

* Maintain clean and well-organized tables and dining areas

* Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience

* Handle customer requests and complaints professionally

* Process customer bills and payments using POS systems

* Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards

* Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure smooth daily operations

Candidate Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hotel is preferred

* Good English communication skills 

* Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills

* Professional and well-groomed appearance

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Good teamwork and communication skills

* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

* Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage

* Food safety knowledge or training is a plus
