We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Flag Man to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Flag Man will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our transportation operations by directing traffic and signaling drivers to proceed or stop as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct traffic around construction sites, accidents, and other road obstructions

-Provide accurate and clear hand signals to crane operators during lifting and hoisting operations.

- Communicate with drivers and other workers to coordinate traffic flow

- Monitor and adjust signals as necessary to ensure safety and minimize delays

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of drivers, pedestrians, and other workers

- Report any traffic incidents or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities

- Maintain and clean all equipment and tools used for traffic control

- Work closely with the transportation team to ensure timely and efficient movement of vehicles

- Coordinate with riggers and other crew members to ensure the correct
and safe attachment of loads

- Assist in loading and unloading of vehicles as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid flagman or signalman certification 

- Experience in crane operations and signaling.

- Strong understanding of lifting operations, equipment, and safety

protocols.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

- Previous offshore experience is preferred.
