Qualification: Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy Engineering / Any Bachelor's Degree with strong relevant sales experience

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a results-driven Welding Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial knowledge of welding products, along with proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell welding equipment, welding consumables, and related industrial products
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
• Support the development and implementation of sales & marketing plans
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales execution

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in welding products, welding consumables, or industrial sales
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of welding products
• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office / PC applications
• UAE/GCC industrial sales experience is an advantage
• UAE Driving License is preferred
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and strong in problem-solving
