Position: Chocolate Arranger

Job Summary:

As a Chocolate Arranger, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful and delicious chocolate displays for our clients. You will use your artistic skills and knowledge of different types of chocolate to design and create unique and visually appealing arrangements that will leave a lasting impression on our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create unique chocolate arrangements for our clients, including chocolate sculptures, gift baskets, and other decorative displays

- Source high-quality chocolate and other ingredients for the arrangements

- Ensure that all arrangements are visually appealing and meet the clients' specifications

- Use various techniques, such as molding, dipping, and piping, to create different shapes and designs with chocolate

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand clients' needs and preferences

- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the chocolate industry and incorporate them into your designs

- Train and supervise junior chocolate arrangers, if necessary

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a chocolate arranger or in a similar role

- Strong artistic and creative skills

- Knowledge of different types of chocolate and their uses

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow clients' specifications

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
