Key Responsibilities: - Design and create various types of chocolates, including truffles, pralines, bars, and other confectionery items - Develop new and innovative chocolate recipes and flavor combinations - Collaborate with the team to create custom chocolate designs for special events and occasions - Ensure that all chocolate products are of the highest quality and meet food safety standards - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate our chocolate offerings - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Provide exceptional customer service and assist with any inquiries or requests related to chocolate designs Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chocolate Designer or Chocolatier - Strong knowledge of chocolate making techniques and flavor combinations - Creative and artistic mindset with a keen eye for detail - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds - Experience with chocolate tempering and molding machines is a plus If you are a passionate and skilled Chocolate Designer looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
