Job Title: Consultant Due Diligence and Business Valuation

Location: Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence to assess the financial and operational health of potential investments or acquisitions.
  • Perform detailed business valuations using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
  • Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management and clients, clearly articulating complex financial concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities within due diligence processes.
  • Assist clients in understanding valuation implications for strategic decision-making, financing, and compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to due diligence and business valuation.
  • Mentor and lead junior staff in valuation and due diligence best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in due diligence, business valuation, or related consulting roles.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modeling and projections.
