Job Description:
Job Title: Consultant Due Diligence and Business Valuation
Location: Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence to assess the financial and operational health of potential investments or acquisitions.
- Perform detailed business valuations using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
- Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management and clients, clearly articulating complex financial concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities within due diligence processes.
- Assist clients in understanding valuation implications for strategic decision-making, financing, and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to due diligence and business valuation.
- Mentor and lead junior staff in valuation and due diligence best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in due diligence, business valuation, or related consulting roles.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modeling and projections.
