𝗨𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗟𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗: Instrument Fitter for one of our client in Oil & Gas industry

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:
*️️️️Involve In day to day routine such a PM, corrective maintenance and modifications to meet technical specifications, safety standards.
* LT panel assembling.
*️ Quality inspection of panels and different process instruments ️Cable laying, glanding ferruling, termination and loop checking of signal and control cables in field junction boxes and DCS system.
️* Satellite Tuning, responsive checking of sensors.
️Pressure, Level, Temperature and Flow transmitter calibration
* Control valve tests (Hydro tests, Seat Leakage, Body Mount Leakage).
*️ LT panel assembling.
️Checking of insulation (IR) valves and temperature measuring instruments ️(Thermocouples, RTDs, temperature gauges and switches etc.).
️* Maintenance and repair of process instrumentation and control equipment.
*️ Maintenance of calibration certificates.
*️ Keeping and evaluating the maintenance records to execute preventative maintenance schedule.
*️ Cable Duct, Cable Tray, Impulsive, S.S.Tubing, Copper tubing, Conduct, Installation of Panels, all type of      transmitters, Control Valves & Pressure gauge and all type of Instrumentation work, construction, commissioning and maintenance.
️* Shutdown maintenance of field instruments.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
* Diploma or equivalent in relevant field (Instrument, Electrical, Mechanical or Telecommunication).
* 8 years of experience in industrial environment Hydrocarbon or continues process industry
* Skilled in use of industrial tools, equipment and know of their safety requirements
* Experience in the oil and gas industry preferably in GCC
