Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning and supervising fun and educational activities
• Managing a daily schedule that includes activities, toilet breaks, lunch and rest time
• Observing children and taking notes of any problematic behavior
• Feeding and changing babies
• Communicating with parents and staff members
• Ensuring the safety of children
• Helping children learn numeracy and language through daily activities

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• Any Bachelor Degree in primary education ( attested by MOFA )
• a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar position with children age 0 to 10 years ( employment certificate )
• Having ADEC approval as Classroom Assistant or nursery nanny is a plus
• Evidence of relevant training is advantageous
• High level of fluency and confidence in English and/or Arabic (spoken and written)
• Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, and integrity
• Inter-culturally aware with well-developed communication skill
• Innovative, motivated, resourceful, flexible, self-starter
• Outgoing and enthusiastic
