Hiring: Operations Supervisor / Shift Supervisor (Night Shift)

Salary :5900

Rotation :60/30

Requirements:

• Graduation or Secondary School Certificate with relevant experience
• Supervisory experience in Offshore Operations, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or related field
• HSE Qualification (IOSH or above)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
• PC Literate and familiar with Quality Management Systems
• Willing to work night shifts on a rotational offshore basis

Responsibilities:

• Supervise offshore operations and lifting activities during the night shift
• Ensure compliance with QHSE and safety procedures
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and operations teams
• Monitor workforce performance and operational efficiency
• Report incidents, near misses, and operational updates
• Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
