Requirements

• Higher Secondary School Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating mobile cranes and heavy-duty equipment
• Experience operating cranes up to 300T capacity
• Valid UAE Heavy Machinery Driving License
• ADNOC-approved Crane Operator Competency Certificate
• Basic English communication skills
• Good knowledge of HSE and lifting operations

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes for loading, unloading, lifting, and moving heavy materials and equipment
• Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance checks
• Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and within crane load limits
• Coordinate with riggers and cargo operations teams
• Report equipment defects and maintenance requirements
• Operate other heavy equipment when required
• Follow ADNOC and company HSE procedures at all times
