Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • - Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
  • - Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • - Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • - Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • - Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
