Contract Manager

Type: Full-time, On-site
Location:  Dubai UAE

Job Description:

• Manage overall execution of the contract and compliance with SLA/KPIs.
• Act as the single point of contact for MOHESR.
• Lead daily/weekly meetings and coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Approve MMRs, incident reports, quotations, and technical submissions.
• Monitor staff performance, approvals, mobilization and resource compliance.
• Ensure timely reporting, invoicing, and documentation.

Requirements:

• BSc. in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
• Minimum 8-10 years in FM or building maintenance (GCC preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CAFM, KPI frameworks, and ISO standards
