We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Design Architect / Project Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of exciting architectural projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design to construction.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop design concepts and prepare detailed architectural drawings and presentations.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure all design and construction phases are executed in compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Supervise and guide junior architects and design staff.
• Review and approve design proposals, ensuring they align with the projects goals and vision.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure that designs are innovative, functional, and sustainable.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in architectural design and project management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and a range of project types.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability to join the team.
• UAE-based applicants or those with valid UAE work permits will be prioritized.
