Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service to meet their real estate needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and help finalize contracts.
• Continuously expand your network and lead generation efforts to bring in new clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of client relationships and successful transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE Real Estate license (RERA) or relevant certifications is preferred.
