Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property & Asset Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and asset management, with proven expertise in overseeing large-scale government and commercial assets. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assets Management Strategy & Framework:

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive asset management strategies for the government.

Develop and establish policies and procedures for government asset management and sustainability.

Strengthen governance processes for asset-related operations within the federal government.
-
Provide thorough analysis and actionable recommendations to enhance asset performance.
-
Identify and assess risks associated with asset management and devise effective risk mitigation strategies.
-
Ensure compliance with international best practices and standards in asset management.

Collaborate with relevant government departments and stakeholders to align and integrate asset management strategies across federal entities.
2. Property Management:

Ensure compliance with federal property leasing regulations and governance in line with approved leasing policies and procedures.

Oversee the management and optimization of vacant spaces across federal government properties.

Supervise the unified federal insurance program, ensuring proper implementation of insurance policies for federal entities.

Prepare and analyze periodic reports on rental and insurance expenses, offering recommendations for improved performance.

Develop and submit regular compliance reports to ensure adherence to government regulations regarding property management.
3. Technical Requirements:

Oversee and manage digital systems and platforms related to asset management.

Drive improvements in asset management systems, ensuring seamless integration with other government systems.

Contribute to the automation of asset management processes to enhance efficiency.

Analyze asset data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Develop innovative technical solutions to optimize asset management processes and systems.

Ensure robust protection and security of asset-related data.

Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the integration of asset management technologies across different platforms within the federal government.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Economics, or a related field.

Certification or Diploma in Asset Management from the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) or an equivalent certification.

Additional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred.

Masters degree in a relevant field (MBA, Masters in Finance, Masters in Real Estate Development, or Masters in Asset Management) is advantageous.

Proven technical expertise in Oracle Financial and asset management systems.

Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
