We are currently seeking a flexible and reliable Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be able to handle both administrative and reception duties efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.

Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.

Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Must be flexible and able to work immediately.

Abu Dhabi residents preferred.
