Position Overview
The Success Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring exceptional delivery of services and alignment with client objectives. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, maintaining strong client relationships, and resolving escalations promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with timelines and client expectations.
• Resolve escalations and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Conduct post-project reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with VAPT services is an advantage.
