Job Description:
Role Summary:
A professional with over 8 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Business Analyst (BA) is well-equipped to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This individual plays a crucial role in Agile project management, facilitating Scrum processes, defining product vision, and ensuring that the product meets business requirements and delivers value to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrum Master Duties:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Remove impediments to ensure the teams progress.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Product Owner Duties:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Ensure the development team understands the product goals and scope.
- Make decisions regarding the product features, scope, and priorities.
- Business Analyst Duties:
- Conduct detailed analysis to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Create and manage requirement documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met.
- Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge the business and technical teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with requirements management tools.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Business Analyst.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in an Agile environment.
- Experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder management.
- Soft Skills:

- Education:
