Job Description:
The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of sales processes and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend suitable fire protection and electromechanical products/services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Conduct negotiations and close sales deals effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing ongoing client support.
  • Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and related events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire protection or electromechanical industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel within Jeddah and surrounding areas.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
