Project Planner

· Develops planning studies and reports in support of new and updated plans, programs and regulations

· Collects a variety of statistical data and prepare reports and maps on topics such as devices information, sites addition and coordination reports with other stake holders.

· Evaluates or assists in the evaluation of site plans, special use permits, variances and other proposals

· Coordinates with the stake holders review of public and private development projects

· Provides information to the team for the latest schedule, PMI follow up and gathering data Etc.,
