Job Summary
- Ensure availability of materials through accurate, correct, and timely execution of Materials Requirement calculation and Due Dates identification.
- Monitor Toll compliance to quality requirements of Finished Goods
- Any quality issues concerning OEM should be addressed and coordinated with related Departments timely.
- Identify Materials with potential risk of disposal and create measures to mitigate disposal.
- Manage Toll daily operations, address risks and provide solutions.
- Coordinate Toll audit plan and schedule.
- Preside in monthly Toll operations and quality assurance meeting.
- Prepare quarterly performance evaluation of Toll.
- Deal with different levels of people from both internal and external parties
Minimum requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related courses.
- 2 years of relevant working experience in Production and Materials Planning operations especially in the field of OEM operations.
Required Skills:
- Above average mathematical and analytical skills for evaluating operational issues and constraints
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint) and other digital application e.g. SAP
- With strong abilities on Planning, Organizing, Time Management, Verbal & Written communication, Leadership and Problem Solving
- Can work independently requiring very minimal supervision
