Job Summary

    • Ensure availability of materials through accurate, correct, and timely execution of Materials Requirement calculation and Due Dates identification.
    • Monitor Toll compliance to quality requirements of Finished Goods
    • Any quality issues concerning OEM should be addressed and coordinated with related Departments timely.
    • Identify Materials with potential risk of disposal and create measures to mitigate disposal.
    • Manage Toll daily operations, address risks and provide solutions.
    • Coordinate Toll audit plan and schedule.
    • Preside in monthly Toll operations and quality assurance meeting.
    • Prepare quarterly performance evaluation of Toll.
    • Deal with different levels of people from both internal and external parties

    Minimum requirement:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related courses.
    • 2 years of relevant working experience in Production and Materials Planning operations especially in the field of OEM operations.

    Required Skills:

      • Above average mathematical and analytical skills for evaluating operational issues and constraints
      • High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint) and other digital application e.g. SAP
      • With strong abilities on Planning, Organizing, Time Management, Verbal & Written communication, Leadership and Problem Solving
      • Can work independently requiring very minimal supervision
