About the job Specialist Custodian
Job Summary
- Responsibilities for sales collections (issuing invoices, creating statements of account, following up on collections, and accurately reporting to the Finance department)
- Monitoring appropriate expenses and providing timely reports
- Executing deliveries to customers (planning delivery routes, making appropriate booking, and monitoring deliveries)
- Inventory management (ensuring consistency between SAP records and actual inventory, and monitoring to prevent expired products or stock shortages through strict adherence to FEFO)
Job requirements
- At least with one year sales admin/accounting works
- Familiar in handling accounting transactions such as inventory, A/R, revolving fund report, expenses
- Familiar in handling logistic functions such as scheduling deliveries to clients
- Good communication skills
- Good reporting skills
- Keen on details
