Job Summary

  • Monitors bills payments, prepares Request for Check Payments, and ensures timely check release to vendors.
  • Manages HO shared vehicles, ensures that these vehicles are well maintained, and that deployments are efficient and appropriate.
  • Manages office supplies inventory, ensures on-time procurement and issuance to HO employees.
  • Manages common office equipment, ensures that these are in good working condition, and provides support for basic set-up/ troubleshooting.
  • Monitors access cards inventory including system enrollment and issuances/ returns from employees.
  • Supports immediate manager on the implementation of good office housekeeping

Minimum requirements

  • College graduate
  • With experience on a similar role an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Proficient in use of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Service-oriented
  • With initiative and is proactive
  • Good organizational skills and is detail oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, flexible
