About the job Assistant - HO General Services
Job Summary
- Monitors bills payments, prepares Request for Check Payments, and ensures timely check release to vendors.
- Manages HO shared vehicles, ensures that these vehicles are well maintained, and that deployments are efficient and appropriate.
- Manages office supplies inventory, ensures on-time procurement and issuance to HO employees.
- Manages common office equipment, ensures that these are in good working condition, and provides support for basic set-up/ troubleshooting.
- Monitors access cards inventory including system enrollment and issuances/ returns from employees.
- Supports immediate manager on the implementation of good office housekeeping
Minimum requirements
- College graduate
- With experience on a similar role an advantage
- Good oral and written communication
- Proficient in use of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Service-oriented
- With initiative and is proactive
- Good organizational skills and is detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, flexible
