About the job Manager Materials Planning
Job Summary
- Approved Purchase Requisition of RMPM and ensure availability of materials through accurate, correct, and timely execution of materials requirement calculation and due dates identification.
- Approved RMPM plan and forecast.
- Identify RMPM with risk of disposal and create measure to avoid/lessen disposal.
- Monitor and ensure that on-going projects is aligned with the depletion plan.
- Develop plan to improve members skills in material planning.
- Develop alternative options for any RMPM supply risks/issues in collaboration with related Business units.
- Collaborate with Procurement Department on process improvements such as MOQ reduction, supplier selection, allocation, among others with goal to support FY2030 Roadmap related to RMPM DIO improvement.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or other related engineering courses.
- With 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain Management especially in the field of Materials Planning and OEM operations.
- Have a strong abilities and skills on Leadership, Planning, decision making, problem solving, time oriented and communication.
- He/She can be able to identify demand and supply risks ahead of time.
- Mathematical and analytical skills that can analyze and evaluate issues and constraints using mathematical and logical approach.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (excel, Powerpoint) and other digital system such as SAP, Supply Chain Planning System (SCP).
