Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant for a 12-month remote contract supporting an SAP implementation project (ECC and/or S/4HANA). The consultant will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and successful cutover.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP data migration tools, data cleansing, mapping, validation, and cutover strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities
• Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, and validation
• Work closely with functional teams to define data requirements
• Develop and execute data migration strategy and cutover plans
• Use SAP data migration tools such as:
• LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench)
• SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / LTMOM)
• BDC / BAPI / IDoc methods
• Conduct mock data loads and reconciliation exercises
• Perform data cleansing and quality checks
• Support SIT, UAT, and go-live activities
• Document migration processes and provide knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of SAP Data Migration experience
• At least 1–2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit (S/4HANA preferred)
• Strong understanding of master data and transactional data structures
• Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Good understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PS, EAM, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a remote delivery model
