Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors PMO

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMO Consultant to support the governance, planning, and execution of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects. The role will work closely with Project Managers, functional leads, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure effective project controls, reporting, and delivery assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end PMO activities for SAP SuccessFactors projects (implementation, rollout, or enhancements)
• Establish and maintain project governance, standards, and delivery frameworks
• Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple SF modules
• Prepare and manage project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and steering committee decks
• Coordinate with SAP SuccessFactors functional teams (EC, Payroll, Talent, LMS, etc.) and technical teams
• Monitor budget, resource allocation, and timelines, highlighting deviations and mitigation plans
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions
• Ensure compliance with client PMO standards, quality gates, and reporting requirements
• Support change management, release planning, and deployment readiness activities
• Act as a single point of coordination between business stakeholders, system integrators, and internal IT teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of overall project / PMO experience with strong exposure to SAP SuccessFactors programs
• Proven experience in PMO or Project Coordination roles for large SAP / HR transformation initiatives
• Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and implementation lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid)
• Excellent skills in project tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working in regional or global SuccessFactors rollouts
• Exposure to HR business processes and change management
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
• Prior experience working in Malaysia or Southeast Asia projects
