About the job Customer Service Executive - Korean
Looking for Korean speaking individuals with ability to work as Chat Support Specialist.
Working hours are from 9am to 5pm, Mon to Fri.
Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
- Local Korean with a University Degree and minimum of TOPIK 4 qualification
- Native Korean with Malaysian Spouse / PR Visa are preferred
- Able to work in Bangsar South
