Director of Sales
About the job Director of Sales
You will be a part of our Sales team and your role is to lead the Sales team which includes
Sales Development, Account Executive and Sales Enablement with the following
responsibilities:
● Drive sales, aggressively expand the client base and exceed top-line MRR targets
● Work in collaboration with Marketing to build a robust sales pipeline
● Develop and implement a scalable sales process
● Recruit, hire, train and lead a high-performing Sales team
● Rigorously map our sales process, content and messaging to map our evolving
platform capabilities and priorities
● Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity to meet revenue
targets and company goals
● Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help
shape future development
● Work closely with VP of Revenue to provide input on the growth of the business and
align revenue strategy with overall company objectives

● Communication: Ability to create strong and trusting relationships with the sales team
by offering guidance, feedback, training and coaching.
● Master of Change: You must be able to lead their sales team into a successful future by
navigating and adapting to uncontrollable and unpredictable changes in sales
approaches as sales is always evolving.
● Analytical Analysis: Analyse large sets of data and share findings
● Planning Abilities: Plan strategies and future operation goals effectively
● Availability: Making time for the team when needed. Be readily available to answer
questions and to help sales reps overcome particularly tough challenges.
Requirements:
● 5-8 years of Sales in B2B software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales and high
transaction volumes, preferably SME experience for both inbound and outbound
● Record of meeting or exceeding sales forecasts
● Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team in a
fast-paced environment
● Passionate, driven and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a
difference for both the company and our clients
● Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills a must (comfortable
presenting alone in front of large groups)
● Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated
individuals succeed
● Proven track record of being efficiency driven, improving processes, and sales
strategy
● Great ability to coach, grow and build Sales managers and individuals professionally
(long-term)
