Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff, Cabin Crew, and Air Ticketing agents. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our flights. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter and boarding gates - Handle ticketing, reservations, and flight changes - Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during the flight - Provide in-flight services such as serving meals and beverages, and responding to passenger requests - Conduct safety demonstrations and assist with emergency procedures - Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers - Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining flight records and completing reports - Adhere to all safety and security procedures set by the company and regulatory agencies Qualifications: - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus - Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
