Job Description: As a Ground Staff member at Airstriprealtech, you will be responsible for assisting with the operations and services at the airport. This includes providing support to passengers, handling baggage, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth and timely departure and arrival of flights. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle baggage and ensure it is loaded and unloaded safely - Assist passengers with special needs or requests - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights - Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes to passengers - Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and airport facilities - Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Customer service oriented with a positive attitude - Basic computer skills - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
