Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Ground Staff at Airstriprealtech in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Check and verify travel documents, such as tickets and passports - Assist passengers with boarding and deboarding procedures - Conduct security checks on passengers and their luggage - Ensure the safe and timely arrival and departure of flights - Coordinate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure efficient operations - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements: - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply - Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Basic computer knowledge - Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time - Must be a team player and able to handle pressure We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for career growth and development.
