Your main duties will include: - Greeting and welcoming passengers at the airport - Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures - Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations - Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their luggage - Handling and resolving customer complaints and queries - Coordinating with other airport staff, including ground crew and air traffic controllers, to ensure timely departures and arrivals - Conducting security checks on passengers and their luggage - Assisting in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from the aircraft - Maintaining a clean and organized airport environment - Adhering to all safety and security procedures as per company and regulatory guidelines Requirements: - Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Basic computer skills - Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage and stand for long periods - No prior experience required, freshers are welcome to apply If you are passionate about the aviation industry and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service, we would love to have you on our team.
