Hiring Fresher / Airport Executive / 10th Pass

As an Airport Executive, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the airport operations team in providing excellent customer service to our clients. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers at the airport - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding flight schedules, baggage, and other airport services - Handle check-in and boarding procedures for passengers - Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed at the airport - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations at the airport - Maintain accurate records of passenger information and flight details - Assist in baggage handling and loading/unloading of cargo - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications: - Minimum 10th pass - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills - Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
