AIR TEAM - Employee Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Introduction Welcome to the Employee Referral Program of AIR TEAM. This program encourages our current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within our company. The following terms and conditions are designed to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Eligibility for Participation

• All current employees of AIR TEAM, excluding members of the HR department and senior management, are eligible to participate in the Referral Program.
• The referred candidate must be new to AIR TEAM, and not have applied to the company within the last 5 years.

Referral Process

• Employees must submit referrals through the designated referral form, providing necessary details about the candidate as well as their own information for referral tracking.
• Consent must be obtained from the candidate before submitting their personal data. This consent should be explicit, confirming that the candidate agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of recruitment.

Data Collection and Use

• Personal data collected through the referral program will include the candidate's name, contact information, and professional qualifications.
• This data will be used solely for the purpose of the recruitment process and assessing the candidate's suitability for the role.

Data Protection

• AIR TEAM is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data. All information collected through the Referral Program will be stored securely and processed in compliance with GDPR.
• Referral data will be accessible only to the HR department and the relevant hiring managers.

Referral Reward

• If a referred candidate is successfully hired and completes their probationary period, the referring employee will receive [specify reward].

Rights of Referred Candidates
