Senior Platform Engineer

Role Overview

Help us build and scale the core platform for Clairo AI, enabling fast, safe delivery of AI products to millions. You'll own infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and security, driving operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering

- Deep production experience with Kubernetes and Helm

- Proficiency in Python and Bash; working knowledge of Go/TypeScript/C#

- Strong IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred) skills

- Experience with AWS/Azure, observability, and PostgreSQL/Redis

- Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead cross-team initiatives

- Evolve platform infrastructure for reliability, security, and scalability

- Own the CI/CD pipeline, from architecture to progressive delivery

- Design and enforce infrastructure standards for safe, frictionless shipping

- Lead production readiness, incident response, and capacity planning
