Lead Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Overview:

Help us build and deliver cutting-edge client solutions by leading a team of engineers. You'll architect scalable systems, write code, and mentor talent to drive technical success.

What We're Looking For:

- 3-10 years in data/software engineering

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling

- Hands-on Palantir Foundry expertise (pipelines, Ontology, Workshop)

- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams (2-5 engineers)

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Palantir Foundry certifications are a plus
