Staff Backend Engineer

What We're Looking For

- 8-10+ years of backend engineering experience

- Proven track record leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams

- Hands-on expertise with Java or Golang, Kafka, and microservices

- Deep experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

- Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Trading Platforms is a plus

What You'll Do

- Own the technical direction and architecture of a strategic engineering domain

- Design and build highly scalable distributed backend services

- Lead technical initiatives and mentor Senior Engineers

- Drive engineering best practices and improve system reliability
