Role Overview

Help us democratize financial freedom across Southeast Asia by leading the growth and P&L for our core business line. You'll act as the "CEO of the Business Unit," driving strategy and profitable expansion.

What We're Looking For

- 15+ years in fintech, capital markets, or high-growth tech

- Proven P&L ownership and scaling experience

- Deep expertise in investment products or wealth management (Indonesia focus a plus)

- Strategic leader with experience launching new ventures

- Exceptional communicator and cross-functional partner

- Define and execute multi-year business strategy and roadmap

- Drive go-to-market initiatives and strategic partnerships

- Incubate new revenue streams and business lines

- Optimize unit economics and drive profitable growth
