AI Product Engineer

Role Overview:

Help us build the next generation of AI agents for insurance and fintech. You'll own features end-to-end, from user problems to shipping impactful products directly with founders, working in US hours.

What We're Looking For:

- 3-6 years shipping production full-stack systems (Python, TypeScript, React/Next.js)

- Proven experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products

- Strong product sense and user empathy

- Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly

- Experience with data pipelines (DuckDB, dbt) is a plus

What You'll Do:

- Design, build, and own AI agents, product UX, and backend APIs

- Collaborate directly with founders and customers

- Ship features end-to-end with a focus on user impact

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development
