VP Head of Product

Role Overview

Help us expand Ajaib's fintech offerings by leading product strategy for investment and digital banking products. You'll be instrumental in our next phase of growth, driving innovation for millions of users.

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years in product, with proven experience managing product leaders

- Deep understanding of investment products (stocks, crypto, etc.) and active personal trading experience

- Experience in fintech, ideally with brokerage or exchange platforms

- Strong stakeholder management and a hands-on, operator mindset

- Ability to be based within 4 hours of the Indonesian time zone and travel quarterly

What You'll Do

- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for key product lines

- Drive cross-functional collaboration to launch new products and features

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities

- Mentor and build a high-performing product team
