Head of Security

Role Overview

Help us build and lead our company's security program, protecting our cloud infrastructure and sensitive data. You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure robust security across the organization.

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in a leadership role

- Deep understanding of cloud security (AWS preferred) and risk management

- Experience building and managing incident response programs

- Familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and secure SDLC practices

- Ability to mentor a security team and collaborate with technical/non-technical stakeholders

- Develop and implement a risk-based security strategy and program

- Oversee cloud security, secure SDLC, and incident response

- Lead and grow a team of security professionals

- Partner with engineering teams on secure infrastructure and development
