What We're Looking For

- 5+ years in commercial software engineering

- 3+ years leading engineering teams or initiatives

- Proven experience delivering complex, business-critical cloud solutions on Azure

- Strong background in AI-enabled applications and automation

- Experience with Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms

- Skilled in mentoring engineers and fostering quality practices

What You'll Do

- Provide technical leadership and direction for the Systems Engineering team

- Lead solution design and hands-on development for AI and automation projects

- Establish and maintain high engineering standards, including CI/CD and security

- Mentor and develop a team of talented software engineers
