What We're Looking For

- 12+ years in backend engineering, with proven strategy definition experience

- Expertise in building and scaling large, mission-critical distributed systems

- Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Proven ability to influence technical direction without direct authority

- FinTech or high-growth startup experience is a strong plus
