What We're Looking For

- 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, with 2+ years managing engineers

- Deep hands-on expertise in GCP and Kubernetes

- Proven track record in observability, incident management, and cost optimization

- Experience integrating monitoring and alerting tools

- A perfectionist mindset with proactive ownership

What You'll Do

- Architect and refine our GCP observability stack (monitoring, alerting, incident response)

- Lead business continuity and risk contingency planning

- Champion cloud cost optimization initiatives

- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 8 SRE/DevOps engineers
