Founding Engineer

Role Overview:

Help us build the future of AI-powered insurance by shipping end-to-end features, from user problems to production-ready AI agents and APIs. You'll work directly with founders and customers, operating in US working hours.

What We're Looking For:

- 6+ years shipping full-stack production systems (Python, TypeScript, React/Next.js preferred)

- Proven experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products

- Strong product sense and user empathy

- Experience with data pipelines (DuckDB, dbt, etc.) is a plus

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity with high autonomy

What You'll Do:

- Design, build, and own AI agents, product UX, and backend APIs

- Collaborate directly with founders and customers on feature development

- Ship features end-to-end, leveraging AI tools to maximize output

- Write simple, well-understood code with strong engineering judgment
