Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and possesses strong Excel skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage data efficiently, and delivers high-quality support to a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and timely customer support via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in internal systems
- Use Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report customer data, including creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and generating reports
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with a problem-solving mindset
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Identify trends or recurring issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data organization)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
