ALL IN ONE Employment Services is actively recruiting an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney for a prestigious law firm in New York City.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious attorney to handle complex commercial disputes, work directly with partners, and gain significant courtroom and trial experience.

Qualifications:

• Commercial litigation experience.
• Experience litigating in New York state and/or federal courts required.
• Strong background in business disputes, commercial litigation, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases and take the lead on litigation matters.
• Experience in financial matrimonial litigation is a plus, but not required.
