Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

• Represent clients in commercial disputes before state and federal courts.
• Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including class actions and other sophisticated disputes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal memoranda and briefs.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery, document review, and related litigation procedures.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions.
• Assist with hearings, court appearances, and trials.
• Work closely with partners to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case developments.
• Manage assigned litigation matters independently when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar – Required.
• Experience litigating in Pennsylvania state and federal courts.
• Strong background handling commercial disputes and complex litigation matters.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation.

New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
