Job Summary:

ALL IN ONE Employment Agency is currently hiring experienced Pallet Rack Installers for immediate, permanent (direct hire) positions in Miami, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled installers with experience in warehouse racking systems, pallet rack installation, and industrial shelving looking for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble pallet racking systems and warehouse shelving
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation plans
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Anchor racks, level beams, and ensure structural stability
• Load/unload materials and assist with job site preparation
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety standards
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Pallet Rack Installer / Racking Installer required
• Experience in construction, warehouse installation, or structural assembly preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders/lifts)
• Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
