ALL IN ONE Employment Services is actively recruiting an Energy, Environmental & Public Utility Litigation Associate Attorney for a prestigious law firm in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex energy, environmental, and public utility litigation, including regulatory proceedings, administrative hearings, and court cases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant litigation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of energy, environmental, and public utility laws and regulations.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, administrative proceedings, and legal research.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Land use and zoning experience is a plus.
